Phoenix sales prices per square foot over the last 10 years
Below an interesting chart published earlier this month by Netvaluecentral, Inc.
Drawn from Maricopa county deed records, the chart shows per square foot sales prices for single family detached homes over the last 10 years. We started at $97.43/sf in January of 2003, hit a high point of $171.11/sf in February, 2006. Our low point was $81.75/sf in March of 2011, and rose to $116.20/sf in March of this year. This number has increased over the last 7 months, but this chart is a great consolidated history of Phoenix residential real estate over the last decade.
