After having been called out by local experts, RealtyTrac reexamined their data, and discovered they’d used old numbers for January 2015 Arizona foreclosures.  Previously reporting that Valley foreclosures had increased to 2,300 (and 3,500 state-wide) in January, after addressing their data inaccuracies, RealtyTrac this week revised January’s foreclosure numbers to be approximately 2000 in all of Arizona, and 1500 in Metro Phoenix: Thursday’s Phoenix Business Journal.
