Foreclosure inventory is down 56% from last year, and fewer Maricopa county  residents are late on their mortgages.  In January there were 1013 foreclosures, about a 10th of the high tide in 2009: 10,099 in March of that year.  Here’s the link to the article from Phoenix Business Journal, March, 2014:
